Access to and use of this TV Entertainment Reality Network B.V. site (the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions and the laws of the Netherlands. You agree to comply with these Terms or otherwise refrain from accessing and using the Site and the Service.

All materials, including, but not limited to, all trademarks, graphics, logos, software, text, designs, fonts, videos, audio, icons, buttons, keywords, metatags, as well as the general “look and feel” (collectively “Site Content”) contained on the Site are owned by Insight and/or it’s licensors and are protected by copyright, or other intellectual property rights, under law.
Your access to and use of the Site does not grant you any license or right to the Site Content. You are not allowed to recreate the Site, our services or to copy the look of either of those and you shall not use our brands, trademarks or logos without our permission. You are not allowed to alter, delete or conceal any copyright or other notices contained on the Site. You will be held liable for any breach of these Terms, or other rights Insight may have under law, resulting in a breach of Insight’s or its licensors copyrights and intellectual property rights.

The Site Content has been included in good faith but is for general informational purposes only. The Site Content should not be relied on for specific purposes. Insight does not give any representation or warranty with regard to the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site. Insight shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of any access to or use of the Site or any site linked to the Site, including any loss of profit, indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Insight reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to the Site as it considers appropriate.

You grant Insight the worldwide, irrevocable non-exclusive right and license to use and display any content, including text, images, graphics, video or audio, submitted by you to Insight through the Site. You disclaim any proprietary rights in your submissions and acknowledge that Insight has the unrestricted rights to use the information submitted by you through the Site.

You agree that you shall not submit to Insight any content, information or the like that:

– infringes, or could infringe on anyone’s right (including privacy rights);

– is inappropriate or offensive (vulgar, sexist, criminal, etc.);
– contains personal details, unless requested by Insight;

– could pose a security risk to Insight (viruses, spyware, Trojans and the like).

You acknowledge and agree that Insight is not responsible for the availability thereof and that Insight does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services on or available from those websites.

Insight does not warrant that the functions on the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or server are free of viruses or bugs. Insight does not assume any responsibility with regard to any damages to or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or property on the account of your use of the Site.

Should any of the provisions of these Terms be held unenforceable, invalid, illegal or void, this shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
